What if there is still zero drift in the micro differential pressure transmitter with a signal isolator added?
Whenever a project enters the debugging phase, we always encounter various problems. For example, a signal isolator has been added, but the zero drift of the micro differential pressure transmitter is still severe, ruling out the possibility of on-site interference. We also investigate the reasons from the following aspects.
If multiple micro differential pressure transmitters experience severe zero drift and some exhibit periodic fluctuations, the main reasons for this situation may be as follows:
(1) Product quality issues with the transmitter itself;
(2) The pressure pipeline is not smooth;
(3) The influence of temperature;
(4) The influence of mechanical displacement.
In order to determine the cause of the problem, we have to investigate it one by one. Firstly, we need to inspect the pressure pipeline to detect the presence of stress. If significant stress is found, stress relief work must be carried out. Secondly, check if the transmitter is installed firmly. If the transmitter is not installed firmly, it will cause mechanical displacement and zero drift of the transmitter. Therefore, it is necessary to check the installation of the transmitter and carefully check whether each transmitter bracket is installed firmly. If it is found that some transmitter brackets are not installed firmly, it is necessary to tighten the transmitter. At this point, the fault can be basically eliminated.
